Thats not a problem we do arrange a meeting prior to the events in order to discuss about the makeup the hairdo the complete look.
DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL TRIALS? IF SO, WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF THAT?
Yes we do offer bridal trials. So these are charged trials if you end up booking us the trial charges are later on adjusted to the booking amount.
HOW LONG WILL THE MAKEUP LAST? AND WHAT BRANDS DO YOU USE?
Makeup lasts for good 12 - 14 hours until you take it off. We use a mix of brands from the midrange to high end brands like huda beauty, mac, estee lauder, NARS, benefit, kay beauty, forever 52, too faced, urban decay, pac and many more
Do my shades/colours of my make‐up have to match my wedding theme colours?
Not necessarily, its completely your call what kind of makeup you want to get full on glam or minimalistic. If you leave on the MUA also it doesn't have to match the outfit at all depends on the outfit the colour of it, time of the day, indoors or outdoors, we can go for same colours, contrast , neutral shades, comlimenting shades and much more.
HOW LONG DOES MAKEUP APPLICATION TAKE?
2 - 3 hours does not include the hairstyle and draping

What happens on the wedding day?
Your MUA should be at your venue on time i.e. at least 4 - 5 hours before the event and you should try too to be on time and get started on time, you need to be relaxed and make sure you keep a complete room to yourself for you to get ready so as there is no delay in getting ready and you can see the first reactions of your family
What can I do if I start to cry during the ceremony, won’t my make‐up come off?
you just need a tissue paper and pat on your skin to soak up the tears don't swipe it or drag it same goes for sweat as well when you feel like your face is sweaty take a tissue and pat on it to soak up the sweat , No it won't come off if it's done properly
Where will my hair and makeup session take place?
Depends on you if you can travel to the studio or you want the artist to come over to your venue
Do I need a trial for my wedding hair and makeup?
If you're not sure about the artist or how the makeup will look on you then yes.
When should I book my trial?
when you talk to an MUA about the booking make sure to fix a meeting to discuss everything and book a trial with in 2 to 3 days of that and finalize the artist at least 3-4 month prior to your wedding

Max 1 hour
Will you require an assistant for my wedding day?
yes I will be having my assistant with me
DO YOU TRAVEL TO ME AND TO THE WEDDING? IF SO, WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
yes I do travel to the venues. The makeup charges are added up with whatever travel we pay and the accommodation, food are looked after by the client side.

What is the % payment/ amount to confirm the booking?
30%
What is the advance amount to be paid before the event?
total of 50% including booking amount
What is the cancellation policy?
if the cancellation is done more than a month prior 50% of the advance will get refunded but if the cancellation happens within a month of the event then there is no refund .
